We understand the demands of a sale when it comes to last minute inspections. Whether you are representing the buyer, seller, or lender, we provide you with a variety of services that can help expedite your sale and save you valuable time and effort.
Among the services we offer are professional estimates, roof inspection reports, roof certifications, roof repairs and/or re-roof services. We provide courteous service in a timely manner usually within 24 hours of the inspection, and are sensitive to the needs of both the buyer and the seller during our inspections, phone communications, and reports.
All re-roof and roof repair services are payable through escrow, if necessary.

An itemized roof repair proposal with a detailed diagram of your roof for the recommended repair items needed (if any).
All roof inspection reports are not included as part of our FREE OF CHARGE estimates or our ROOF CERTIFICATION warranties. These reports are available at an additional cost.Our Basic Roof Report includes a written analysis of the over all roof condition, digital photos of the roof in various areas, life expectancy of the current life span, and a description of the materials used.
The cost of the Roof Report is to be paid prior to the roof inspection by Visa, MasterCard, or American Express.
When you purchase a roof certification, we will provide an itemized repair proposal with a detailed diagram of your roof for the recommended items needed (if any) to get your roof in proper condition for certification. If no repairs are necessary, we will certify your roof as is. A roof certification warranties the roof to be leak free for the specified time purchased. The cost of our roof certifications are as follows:

Important to note the required warranty period for FHA / VA Roof Certifications are generally specified by the lender and have more strict expectations than the standard Conventional Roof Certification. To better serve your needs, we recommend you know exactly what type of Certification you need and the exact length of the warranty the lender requires.

If it is determined a re-inspection is necessary, a fee will be applied at no less than $95.00 per trip and will be prepaid prior to re-inspection.
